2.3. Purchase of Vitamin K Nutrition Consulting Workshop
If you purchase an in-person or online workshop (“Workshop”), we will collect personal data including your name and email address from you. Vitamin K Nutrition Consulting will only use such information to send you information and updates pertaining to the Workshop unless otherwise requested by you. All billing and payment information that you provide when purchasing a Workshop is processed by a third party, such as PayPal (“Payment Processor”). Personal data obtained for a Workshop, such as credit card information, billing information and Payment Processor account information (“Payment Information”), is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and encrypted in the Payment Processors database. Your Payment Information will not be retained by Vitamin K Nutrition Consulting. We are not affiliated with any Payment Processors. Any use of your personal data by such third party is governed by its Privacy Policy and we encourage you to read and agree to such third party privacy policy prior to using its service.
2.4. Other Purposes
Additionally, Vitamin K Nutrition Consulting may collect, store, and use personal data to solicit Users’ feedback to help improve the Service and other Vitamin K Nutrition Consulting products, inform Users about new products or promotional material offered by Vitamin K Nutrition Consulting or its trusted third party business partners and affiliates, notify Users about changes to the Service or other products, provide Users with advertising and marketing material from Vitamin K Nutrition Consulting and communicate with Users for other commonly accepted purposes such as notifying them that they are a potential winner of a contest.
